Pure Radio

Pure Radio: Scotland’s new radio station playing Scotland’s Best Music

In a world of increasingly bland, networked radio, Pure Radio is something different and delivers everything the others don’t.

Pure Radio is local, relevant and 100 per cent in touch with its listeners.

We’re fun, edgy and a wee bit cheeky!  We’re proud to be Scottish and we have the banter to prove it.

The Robin Galloway Breakfast Show is where the fun, entertainment, banter and Scotland’s best music is – every weekday morning from 6am – 10am – and that’s no wind up!

Lynne Hoggan heads up the 10am-1pm slot, until Fraser Thomson takes over to present afternoons. And then it’s time for a lift home with Stuart McCully.

Pure Radio is a station by Scots, for Scots. The heavy emphasis on home grown artists will see major airplay for everyone from Gerry Cinnamon and Lewis Capaldi to Simple Minds, Eurythmics and Deacon Blue.

Pure Radio is broadcast on DAB Radio and is available through the app, at, or on your smart speaker.
