This is the first time we’ve had a report focussed on gender pay within DC Thomson Media, and I’m pleased that our median pay gap for April 2017 to April 2018 is 16.14%, lower than the UK national average of 19.3%. Our aim is to continually improve on this and the action plan set out in this report gives us a definitive list of next steps.
